HOW TO CLEAN THE HOUSE
1. Open a new file in your PC.
2. Name it "Housework."
3. Send it to the RECYCLE BIN
4. Empty the RECYCLE BIN
5. Your PC will ask you, "Are you sure you want to delete Housework permanently?"
6. Calmly answer, "Yes," and press the mouse button firmly......
7. Feel better?

You made me smile and I am still laughing...I think I will try with people I want to get rid of or problems..I am creating a file with their names and then delete it..maybe it will be a great feeling ..having such a power on things and problems and people who hurt me...wonderful idea..oh by the way I have some housework waiting for me..am I going to clean my kitchen or am I deleting the very idea of it and putting it in my dustbin??? seems a great dilemma!!! what a wonderful idea you gave us...great indeed!!! Good idea. It has a saitisfying conclusion so long as I don't actually look around the house. Ours is not so bad at the moment as my husband is doing the floors of the downstairs and there wont be any carpet down there once the second room is finished. At the moment there are piles of things as he has a habit of throwing out the messy old shelves and then realising thats where we kept all the books. It gives me an excuse to be untidy though as nobody can keep that dust free. [mihimolly]

In fact I was sitting here contemplating the fact that I have laundry to do, and floors that need vacuuming and mopping when I saw your post. LMAO I think I shall make that folder and in side make files named floors, laundry and throw it into the recycle bin as you suggested and see if this tip works. If only house work were really that simple. Before I got married I had a house cleaner. I was working to much and It was really need. Now we have teenage kids and they do most of the house cleaning as part of their chores. My wife keeps saying we need more children so when these ones move out we have someone to take over their chore. [1grnthmb]
Again I am so thankful for my friends responses to this discussion. I am so happy to know I have provided a bit of glee to your lives. We also tell our kids that they need to do more and more so that we know that they can do things and won't be coming home alot for help. That is our job to be sure!
